"I was in a bad car accident and after 2 months being in bed, I lost a ton of muscle mass. After 2 months of physical therapy, I was told I needed resistance training.
What I thought was going to be a 2-3 month commitment ended up being an amazing year and a half experience. Working with OMN built my confidence, allowed me to enjoy the gym, and led me to be able to continue working out consistently.
I feel that my body is better toned now at 45 than it was in my 20s. When I started training, I was barely comfortable walking. In the last year and a half, I ran a half marathon, the San Diego marathon, two 100 mile bike races, and climbed Mount Baldy, Whitney and others."

"I had been working with a trainer for a few years but didn't really see the results I wanted to see. When we first talked, OMN had a clear vision for how I could improve that was different than the path I was already on.
When I started, my goal was to look good for my wife. Ever since we started training together, she keeps telling me that I'm looking better and better.
For anyone that's hesitant, training is a worthwhile investment as long as you are willing to put in the time, effort, and consideration it takes to make a real change."

“I've worked out regularly since high school, but my weightlifting progress had been stalled out for the last couple years. Between the lifting program and nutrition guidelines with OMN, I've been able to put on weight, which has historically been tricky for me.
The cost of a personal trainer was my biggest question mark going in, but I decided to try the first 6 week program and see how things went vs working on my own. It's been worth it, and I've reupped for plenty more sessions.
OMN will work with you to customize a program for your goals, and you'll see meaningful results if you stick to that program not only in the gym, but in the kitchen.”

"I had just exited a meaningful part of my life when I started training with OMN, but that part also saw my weight increase from a once healthy 180lbs to 296lbs over a period of over seven years. I was able to come down to 245lbs on my own but I reached a plateau that seemed impenetrable until working with OMN.
Before dropping down to 190lbs, my current weight, I used to have to be mindful maneuvering in tight spaces or small bathrooms. I still catch myself doing that today, but I'm pleasantly surprised when I realize I don’t have to do that anymore. My body has ample space.
The way training with OMN helped me reduce my stress and emotional anxiety became a lifeline that I couldn’t give up. At times, my impatient brain wanted the process to happen quicker. OMN was good at calming me down and focusing my aggressiveness towards the long term goal, which is only achievable through consistency.
Start as soon as you can and work with OMN. The quality training and accountability are worth it. When you start working out with a trainer it can become like a partnership, one where you hate to let your accountability partner down."

"Before training with OMN, I was working on my marriage and staying busy with work. Going to the gym was the one stable thing I could depend on that I enjoyed. I had maintained weight loss that I saw from a couple of years before, but there was no focus or direction in my training program.
Since starting with our training, I have seen a large increase in strength, and I have also increased in shirt size without increasing in waist size. My upper and lower body are noticeably more muscular. My bench press increased from 275lbs to 325lbs and my squat increased from 375lbs to 445lbs.
Training has helped relieve some of the burden of life’s challenges because I have something that’s my own. I consider it fun and it's rewarding in so many ways besides appearance.
Before starting, I was going to the gym and working out, but I was not training. There is a difference. Training has a focus, direction, and a purpose. Working out is just working out. I never thought that at 45 I would be stronger than I was in my 20s and 30s. What I lacked in discipline and coaching then, I have now and it makes all the difference."
